Recipe: Fresh Fruit & Bimble
Some summer drinks do not need much to feel special. Fresh Fruit & Bimble is one of them. A tall glass, plenty of ice, a handful of berries, and a pour of Blueberry Lemon Ginger Bimble is enough to create something that feels bright, refreshing, and just a little more dressed for the occasion. It is an easy way to add color, flavor, and a bit of visual drama to your next backyard hang, dinner outside, or warm-weather gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 can Blueberry Lemon Ginger Bimble
- A handful of fresh raspberries (or whatever fruit you want to try!)
- A handful of fresh blueberries (or whatever fruit you want to try!)
- Ice
- Optional: extra fruit for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass about three-quarters of the way with ice.
- Add the raspberries and blueberries throughout the glass.
- Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently press the fruit just enough to release a little juice. The goal is not to fully mash it, just to open it up slightly.
- Pour Blueberry Lemon Ginger Bimble over the top.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
A Bimble glass looks beautiful here, but any tall glass works well.
You can adjust the fruit mix depending on what you have on hand, though raspberries and blueberries are especially good with Blueberry Lemon Ginger.
Do not over-muddle the fruit. A light press keeps the drink fresh, bright, and visually clean.
Serving Suggestion
Serve this at summer gatherings when you want something easy that still feels thoughtful. It is especially good for backyard hosting, porch hangs, and any table that could use a colder, fruit-forward pour.
