Recipe: Bimble's Summer Buzzy Bites

Summer Buzzy Bites

Watermelon is one of summer’s simplest pleasures, and for good reason. It is cold, refreshing, easy to share, and almost always the first thing to disappear at a warm-weather gathering. Summer Buzzy Bites keep that familiar ritual intact, then give it a brighter, more playful twist with lime, jalapeño, and Cucumber Melon Lime Bimble. The result is sweet, spicy, juicy, and just a little more fun than the usual bowl of watermelon.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe watermelon, cut into bite-size pieces
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Jalapeño slices, to taste
  • 1/2 can to 1 full can of Cucumber Melon Lime Bimble
    • Choose your preferred dose: 1mg, 5mg, or 10mg

Instructions

  1. Add the watermelon pieces to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Squeeze in the juice of half a lime and add jalapeño slices to taste.
  3. Pour in 1/2 can to 1 full can of Cucumber Melon Lime Bimble, depending on the size of your bowl and how juicy you want the final mix to be.
  4. Gently toss everything together until the watermelon is evenly coated.
  5. Let it sit for a few minutes so the flavors can come together, then serve chilled.

Notes

  • Start with fewer jalapeño slices if you want just a little heat, then add more to taste.
  • A larger watermelon can easily handle a full can of Bimble, while a smaller bowl of watermelon may only need half.
  • Serve cold for the most refreshing result.

Serving Suggestion

Pile the finished watermelon into a shallow bowl and top with a few extra jalapeño slices for presentation. It is an easy, crowd-pleasing snack for hot afternoons, porch hangs, and backyard tables.
